Chief Compliance Officer
The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for administering the bank’s Compliance Management System (CMS) by developing and maintaining policies, procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance. The Chief Compliance Officer manages the Compliance Department, which includes arranging for and/or conducting monitoring reviews of various bank department’s compliance activities to assure adherence to approved Policies and Procedures designed to maintain compliance. The Chief Compliance Officer also oversees the management of the bank’s BSA compliance activities, which are directed by the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer.
